Preventive Maintenance of STP
- Schedule preventive maintenance for the STP by notifying the client through email and phone conversations.
- Perform cleaning tasks on the barscreen chamber, settling tank, filter feed tank, and STP treated water tank.
- Conduct blower maintenance, which includes shaft cleaning, suction filter cleaning, greasing, diesel washing, and alignment, among other tasks.
- Execute maintenance for pumps and motors, including impeller cleaning, motor greasing, gland packing replacement, spider rubber replacement, and oiling and greasing, as well as alignment.
- Service the electric control panel, which involves dust removal using a blower, tightening connections, replacing spare parts, and checking joints.
- Clean and grease the valves connected to the interconnecting pipelines.
- Perform backwash and acid wash of filter media to prevent clogging.
