Mr. Vadiraj S. Kotian

Vadiraj S. Kotian possesses more than 25 years of experience in the environmental field, specializing in the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of various facilities, including Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), swimming pools, and water amusement systems. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in manpower management and site operations.

KEY EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years with M/s Saudi Oger Ltd., Saudi Arabia
  • Twelve years with M/s Pan India Paryatan Ltd. at Essel World & Water Kingdom
  • Consultant for M/s Raheja Universal Ltd. – specializing in water treatment systems (STP, WTP, swimming pools)
  • Consultant for M/s Kanakia Spaces Pvt. Ltd. – managing STP, WTP, and swimming pool operations in Powai, Mumbai

Riya Kotian is a Project Engineer and Operations Lead at Riya Tech, bringing a fresh perspective and technical expertise. Passionate about sustainable infrastructure and project delivery, Riya focuses on improving operations, client engagement, and service quality while upholding the company’s 25-year legacy.

  • 2017–2021 – B.E. Civil Engineering, Mumbai University
  • 2022–2024 – M.Sc. Construction Project Management, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK
  • 2025–Present – Joined Riya Tech Environmental Consultants, focusing on project execution, client service, and operational management
