Total 25 years of experience in Administration Management including preparing salary for the staff, keeping daily change of worker staff duty schedule, maintaining of internal as well as outside views of staff mainly worker to avoid union between workers, keeping good relationship with worker staff and management level by knowing all the problem of worker staff, he was to be known as one of the best Officer by the worker staff and Management. updating date to date work and giving good advice to superior, and conducting all the meeting time to time.
